I have been a yoga instructor for more than ten years now, having worked as an international flight attendant in my twenties and then as a teacher of manners. Yoga is a “philosophy of life” with a history. And there are many schools of yoga. In the beginning, I tried yoga for the first time for the sake of my body. However, the presence of yoga has given me tips on how to live at various points in my life. Now, yoga is a part of my life. Yoga has helped me mentally as well as the physical strength and flexibility that I am commonly known for. I think there is a strong image of yoga as just gymnastics. However, through the yoga poses, the deep breathing, and the willingness to challenge the poses, I have learned to listen to my inner voice and the way my heart is. And from there, my life has been enriched.
I have lived and studied in the U.S. (I graduated from a high school in the U.S.), so I also offer lessons in English. We welcome many guests, young and old, and of all nationalities.
